About the event
The National Black Nazarene Conference 2020 is a gathering of Black, Caribbean, and multicultural churches, pastors and laypersons who meet for training, instruction, inspiration, and encouragement. All who have an interest in ministering in and to the Black community are welcome and invited to attend. The theme for the conference is “The Power of Unity: Spirit, Love, Diversity, Equality and Social Justice." The music, preaching, and workshops are focused around this theme and will look into how the Black church and the church at large can come together to actualize the theme. Worship services are Afrocentric with a unique blend of African-American and Caribbean-American music. The National Black Nazarene Conference seeks to awaken the church to its mission to reach the Black community and all ethnic groups. The conference is an intentional effort to empower, encourage, and engage Black Nazarenes, along with those who feel called to serve the Lord and make Christlike disciples in the Black community. Our goal is to reach them for Christ through the Church of the Nazarene, the church in which we are privileged to serve.
